What is BEACON?
BEACON is a trusted resource to employers of all types and sizes and to their valuable employees. Our reach extends nationally, but we specialize in tailoring quality programs to the needs of organizations in Eastern Pennsylvania and neighboring states. We provide the same quality service to small organizations as we do for large companies.
BEACON offers consultation, training, and support to organizations and employees addressing:
- Organizational change
- Behavioral risk
- Conflict and communication
- Downsizing
- Other concerns or goals in support of your organization and its valuable employees
In addition BEACON provides a safe, professional environment for people to assess and explore their concerns, feelings, and choices about a variety of personal issues and life events. Experienced professionals help guide and support people as they develop and follow through with constructive problem solving.
BEACON is a program of Bucks County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. The Council established BEACON in 1979, making it a leader in the implementation of contemporary Employee Assistance.
